 1.    Q: How can I order?

A: Our online ordering platform makes it easy for you to place an order. If you find a product you want, you can add it to your cart, login, and complete the ordering process. When the order is ready, you will receive an email with the order summary. Your account will also contain the order summary.

2.    Q: Why should I buy online?

A: Increasing the speed of the process. If you order online, you will be able to get prices faster and go through the order confirmation and payment process more quickly. In turn, you will save hours of time. Anytime in the future, you will have easy access to all of your previous orders. You can place a re-order at any time based on your previous orders in just a few clicks. You don't have to go through all of the past documents and emails, which will save you time and effort.

A: Before ordering, you will need to create an account. We ask for basic details such as first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address.

4.    Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: You can use all of the major debit and credit cards. We also accept payments through UPI gateways.

5.    Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

A: Try again in a few minutes. Please verify your account balance if the payment is still not accepted. If everything seems to be fine, but you still are unable to pay, please email us at contact@brinla.in. We will be able to handle the order manually.

6.    Q: How can I change delivery address?

A: Log in to your account and click "My Account". Here you can update your contact information.

7.    Q: What are the delivery charges?

A: For now, we charge a shipping fee on all orders. During the checkout process, the shipping fees can be seen before the payment is made.

8.    Q: How can I place bulk order exceeding 1000 units?

A: Our online shop brinla.in was designed for customers who want to order in small quantities. If you want to order in bulk, you must place your order offline. Please feel free to contact us by phone at +91 78 3053 9999 or by email at contact@brinla.in. For bulk orders, we will offer lower prices.

9.    Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Currently, we do not offer order cancellations. 

10.    Q: Do you have the product in stock?

A: All of the products shown on our site are available. Shipping lead times depend on the products, quantities ordered and shipping location
